About Stella

Stella Ioannidou is a researcher, executive advisor, educator, and entrepreneur dedicated to helping people and organizations navigate the profound transformations shaping the future of work.

As Founder & CEO of Human Centered and Senior Research Director at The Josh Bersin Company, she bridges academic research with real-world business strategy, translating complex developments in Artificial Intelligence, Talent Intelligence, and workforce transformation into practical insights that empower leaders and professionals to make confident decisions.

Currently pursuing a PhD in Talent Intelligence (AI in HR), Stella’s research focuses on how AI can transform career understanding, workforce intelligence, and the future of human potential.

With more than 20 years of professional experience, she has held senior leadership positions across banking, consulting, and entrepreneurship, including Eurobank, Deloitte, and Human Centered. She has also collaborated extensively with the Greek Ministry of Interior, the National Centre for Public Administration & Local Government, and the Supreme Council for Civil Personnel Selection, contributing to the design of national HR strategies in performance management, talent acquisition, career development, and learning & development initiatives.

What makes Stella’s perspective unique is the combination of multiple professional identities.

She brings together the analytical mindset of a researcher, the strategic thinking of an executive advisor, the empathy of a career counselor, the communication skills of an educator, the vision of an entrepreneur, and the lived experience of a working mother.
